Serafina-Mogavero Inc. operates the studio at 1855 W 1st Ave, C-19, Vancouver, BC V6J 5B8. This page describes how to access the building and how we try to make this website usable for everyone.

Getting into the studio

The main entrance on W 1st Ave is step-free. A concrete ramp rises 12 centimetres from the sidewalk to the door threshold. The door is 91 centimetres wide and opens inward. It is not automatic — please ask a companion or call us at (778) 681-1450 and we will open it for you.

Inside, the floor is level concrete throughout. There are no steps between the entrance, the main studio floor, and the two washrooms. One washroom has a 86-centimetre-wide door and grab bars beside the toilet.

Parking and drop-off

A commercial loading zone sits directly in front of the building. You can stop there for up to 20 minutes to unload. The nearest accessible parking space is in the lot at 1855 W 1st Ave, 30 metres east of our door.

Website accessibility

We use semantic HTML, descriptive alt text on images, and a colour contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text. The site works without JavaScript. If you find a barrier, write to info@serafinamogavero.com and we will try to fix it.
