These terms apply to Serafina-Mogavero Inc., which operates the studio at 1855 W 1st Ave, C-19, Vancouver, BC V6J 5B8. By using this website or booking the studio, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Serafina-Mogavero rents physical studio space. We do not provide photography, videography, directing, editing, or any other production service. We do not supply crew, talent, wardrobe, or catering.

Bookings

Submitting a form on this site does not create a booking. A booking exists only after we confirm availability by email or phone and you agree to the rate. We do not take payment through this website.

Use of the space

You agree to leave the studio in the condition you found it. That includes removing your equipment, disposing of your garbage, and returning any moved furniture to its original position. If you damage the cyc wall, the floor, or any grip equipment, we will invoice you for repair or replacement at cost.

No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio. No hazardous materials. No subletting the space to a third party without our written consent.

Liability

You use the studio at your own risk. Serafina-Mogavero Inc. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your equipment, props, or personal belongings. We recommend you carry your own insurance.

The text and images on this site belong to Serafina-Mogavero Inc. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. The address, phone number, and hours listed on this site apply to our single Vancouver location. We have no other branches.
