Privacy Policy

Serafina-Mogavero Inc. operates the studio at 1855 W 1st Ave, C-19, Vancouver, BC V6J 5B8. This page explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or the booking form on this site, you send us your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We receive that information by email and use it only to reply to your request.

We do not set tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site stores is a single technical cookie that records whether you have accepted the cookie banner. That cookie stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

How we use your data

We use your contact details to answer your question, confirm a booking, or discuss equipment availability. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence stays in our inbox for 24 months, then is deleted. If you ask us to delete your message sooner, write to info@serafinamogavero.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to info@serafinamogavero.com or call (778) 681-1450. We respond within 30 days.

Security

This site runs on a single server. We do not store form submissions in a database. When you press send, your browser opens your email client and sends the message directly. That means your data travels through your own email provider, not through a third-party form service.
