The entrance is on the south side of W 1st Ave, between Burrard St and Fir St. Look for the blue awning marked C-19. The door is 15 metres west of the loading bay.

Every day, 10:00 to 20:00. If you need to reach us outside those hours, send an email. We check messages once each morning.

Getting here

The Olympic Village SkyTrain station is a 4-minute walk. Exit at W 2nd Ave and walk north on Columbia St, then west on W 1st Ave. Bus routes 2, 32, and 84 stop at W 1st Ave and Fir St.

We do not have a private parking lot. Street parking on W 1st Ave is two-hour metered. A commercial loading zone sits directly in front of the building for drop-offs.
